The Bombay Sapphire booth space featured 3 specialty bars. The center bar focused on the Sappire Collins and Ultimate Martini, while the two side mixology bars created variations of the Collins cocktails. one bar featured the Sake Pear Collins and the other bar featured the Blueberry Thyme Collins.
